Sorry but we’re having a bit of a problem with this page - I forgot to keep on top of all these messages and now there are 52,000 unmodertaed messages! I dont really think they’re all from people saying how much they want to come and live in Voditsa so i’m going to have to delete them all and start again. If you sent a message to me via this page, sorry but could you send it again?

this site looks great! who’d have thought that a field full of grass up to your neck would turn into a campsite with it’s own amazing website and a new community building! Can’t wait to come back and see the reformed St James’ park for myself.
Fantastic site or spoken in the true words of a geordie… “what a belta!”
N.B. I can’t find anything about how i cleared out the spooky shed full of oversized spiders and big scary webs, that was the achievement i was probably most proud of!!!
Hopefully gonna do a big road trip next summer so will be back to see how the place looks when it’s up and running! XX

I worked with Elly in Sale. She told me about this project. Looks real grand. Like an antidote. Let me know whether you need any help, I could attempt to muster a long weekend to lend a hand. All the best.

Well it certainly looks great.
The neighbours look in fine fettle.
I may be the last person you want to hear from but my time at voditsa was much needed and I certainly will not forgot your hospitality and genorosity!
Very arabic/bedouin (I my family lived in Kuwait from 1952 till 1989 so I know all about selfless genorosity.
Glad its all working out the way you dreamt.
Best wishes for the future - my situation has turned around totally (I am no longer penniless)
Heres to no hard feelings and a blessed future for everyone who puts time and money into projects.
I have lots of pictures on disc that I took at Voditsa of your place, the village surrounds etc I dont know if you want any extra pictures - I can send them if you wish?
So best wishes for the future and for the magpies, though they might need it, as do the canaries, my fantastically under-performing local yella’ football team!
Thank-you,
Charles - the phantom corn stalk burner
Kathy,
What a pleasure to meet you in Spain at VT. Hopefully the next time we meet will be at this wonderful place you are creating and that your not fighting off a bug. Guess here we will just be wrestling with a different species.
Jo has given me a little info on the project and I hope to catch you both there towards the end of the April.
Am ready to dig in and lend a hand.
John
Hi kathy,
Glad that you’ve finally got you’re campsite ready, it looks and sounds fab, we will be coming to voditsa in june, so we’ll pop in to see you, maybe we’ll camp down at yours too….to try it out lol.
Bye for now,
Sharon
Well, well, well! What can I say? Thank you so very muchly for a truly amazing month of sun, fun, incredible food, great drinkie poohs
, love, laughs, dirty great big holes in the road OUCH! Dogs, puddles, fires out under the amazing star filled night, trees galore, driving on the wrong side of the road, swimming in the lake and enjoying a clay-mud deep pore cleansing session. The opportunity to really feel the loveliness that is Bulgaria and to meet some of the kindest, warmest and funniest people ever. The campsite is a real winner and I am glad to have been involved in the efforts there and hope to return soon to get my mitts even dirtier!
Lots of love and cosmic stardust

Hi Kathy!
Laura fwded your email on to me. Is that me you were thinking about!
Web site looks fab. I’ve left the coop and am in a flat until end of Oct in Whalley Range and then I’m off to South America. I cannot deny my wanderlust any more so I’m off. I am also off to seek compassion as I have lost it for the human race (Could Mank have anything to do with this?). Dunno when I will go back to the UK. May just keep going until I get tired. Will try and get in a visit between now and then.
Maybe beg August.
Good luck with everything and enjoy your rocks!
I had a brilliant time, thank you very much!
The place is beautiful, and the website’s looking great.
Jen
OMG … the site looks great and what you’ve managed to achieve sounds stunning to me. My wife isn’t quite as ‘nature friendly’ as I am so I’m hopeing to convert her this year. We’re visiting Bulgaria laster this week (Aug 14th) and I hope to see you hard at play (or work even?). All the very best with your efforts, Paul B & family.
